I am shocked by Mohit's sudden ousting from the show: Shiny Doshi

Shiny Doshi and Mohit Sehgal

Actor Mohit Sehgal aka Somendra of Zee TV’s Sarojini has been shown the doors by Rashmi Desai Productions.

The actor is apparently very angry with the production house as he wasn’t informed about it.

Today is his last day of shoot where he shot for his death sequence. Mohit is upset with the makers for their unprofessional behaviour for ending his track without giving any intimation.

Apart from Mohit, his co-star Shiny Doshi is also in shock on learning about the sudden step.

Talking to Tellychakkar, Shiny said, “It came as a big shock to all the actors of the show. It is very sad that without informing Mohit, his track’s been ended. It’s not about his character coming to an end but at least one should inform an actor about such sudden changes. Yesterday, after shooting for his death sequence, we thought we would shoot a hospital scene and the makers would bring in some new twist.”

The show hasn’t managed to garner much TRP, but it is Mohit, who had to bear the brunt. The actress added, “Well, that’s a mystery to us too. We don’t have a say in it. We are shocked as well. We have no idea what they are planning to introduce in the show now.”

Will you miss shooting with him? “We will miss him a lot. When he was packing up his bags, we all were left teary eyed. As we all have stayed like a family, it really feels bad that he is out of the show,” she added.

Could this happen to any other actor in the show as well? “Yes, it can…but it won’t be shocking this time,” she concluded.

Will you guys miss watching Mohit in Sarojini? Let us know!
