Sonia Kaur, who will soon be seen in the new tele series Anamika on Sony Entertainment Television, was one of the contenders in Rahul Dulhaniya Le Jayega on Imagine TV.
In a candid conversation we had with her, she shared her journey to stardom.
“The journey in this industry has been very good. I started my journey with Rahul Dulhaniya Le Jayega on Imagine TV. I liked him so much but at that time I was very young. I remember the first words of Rahul Mahajan when he said that I was like a sister to him. Though I was a little disheartened, but I liked him very much.”
“Later, I got myself engrossed in studies and much later, bagged a show on television. I would like to thank Rahul Dulhaniya… for giving me recognition and also to channel Imagine TV, because of which I got a role in this television series,” Sonia averred.
“I am still in touch with Rahul and at times we meet in social events also. Occasionally, I tease Dimpy by saying ‘you took away my Rahul’ jocularly. As of now, I don’t intend to marry any one and my priority at the moment is my career. But, I am yet to find my Rahul,” she sighed.
