KOLKATA: Sheikh Rezwan Rabbani, who is known for television soaps like Chokher Bali and Anchal, says that he doesn’t like writing text messages.

‘People complain that I don’t message. Actually, I don’t like writing text messages,’ he said during a candid chat with TellyChakkar.

In fact, a few months back, the actor had taken a break from social media and uninstalled WhatsApp Messenger as well as Facebook.

‘When your phone constantly notifies you, you cannot be peaceful. I needed a break and that’s why I deleted WhatsApp and Facebook from my phone. That was sort of a mental detox for me,’ said the actor.

He further added, ‘However, after being in this profession (of entertainment), I cannot stay away from such things for long. I need to be connected with people. So, I had to reinstall them.’

On the work front, Rezwan Rabbani is currently playing the lead role in Star Jalsha's Pratidaan.
