Playing a Baghi in Star Plus’ Mohi (White Horse Entertainment), Nikhil Pandey is enjoying strumming his creative chords and producing one of his best work on TV.

“It is one of the most interesting plots in current days with a very different storyline. From the language to the locales everything has been set up in accordance to the track and completely in authentic style. I don’t think anyone has ever managed to portray the real tribal world on TV so beautifully,” said the actor.

Talking about the difficulties they faced shooting for it, Nikhil shared, “We had elephants trumping down our sets to the extreme climates, we had such a hard time in Kerala shooting. Also since our sets were in the jungles, we had to walk a lot. Even our vanities were so far. Then issue of dehydration and illness brought everyone’s morale down. Thankfully when we look at the end product, we can just smile and be proud seeing that our show is no less than a film.”

When we asked the guy if he felt disappointed with the evening slot he said, “Initially yes I was but then when I got to know how popular the show is in the North and East zone, I am super impressed. With the show already catering to the masses, they definitely have no time to watch TV late nights. Hence for them, this is the best option. As for me, I am also a very positive person and choose to look at any developments with a smile and happy heart.”

And finally talking about his choice of work, Nikhil added, “Mostly I have done negative roles and trust me, I enjoy it a lot. Since you get to experiment not just with your look, but also personality, grey shaded characters are definitely my choice.”
