MUMBAI: Asha Negi and Sharman Joshi starrer Baarish received a great response and the project will soon stream its second season.

The ALTBalaji series Baarish was a breath of fresh air with simplicity being the essence in the period when thrill and suspense as a genre was ruling. Well, Baarish 2 also looks quite promising.

The teaser of ALTBalaji and ZEE5's most-awaited romantic drama - Baarish season 2 has left the viewers and the fans wanting for more. Having regaled them with a heartfelt story of a couple in love, excitement is sure at its peak.

The teaser has Asha Negi and Sharman Joshi locking lips. TellyChakkar.com got in touch with Asha, to know more about the same. She said, “There are a few lip-lock scenes, but the makers made sure that the scenes don’t turn out to be steamy or raunchy. They assured that the innocence and simplicity of the couple and the story is intact. We’ve kept the scenes sweet”.

Talking about her experience, Asha said, “It was my first on-screen kiss, I was quite shy and awkward before rolling. I remember my director and Sharman were all comforting me as it was my first ever lip-lock onscreen”.

When asked about the first time she learned about the kiss, she said, “When I was first told about the scene, I agreed because I don’t want to limit myself to particular roles and restrict myself as an actress”.

We’re sure the audience are eager to catch up with the series.
