It is far better to be in your own company than in bad company, says Tushar Dalvi.

MUMBAI: “It is far better to be in your own company than in bad company,” says Tushar Dalvi who is playing the iconic character of Sai Baba in Sony Entertainment Television’s highly admired show Mere Sai. The show has always been an audience favorite because it throws light on relevant matters that resonate with the viewers. The current track of the show revolves around Subhan, a dacoit in the show.
Tushar Dalvi shares his viewpoint for the ongoing track. He said, “A man is said to be known by the company he keeps, if he is surrounded by the people who respect others and are good natured than he is considered as a nice and well-mannered man, but if a man is surrounded by people who is involved in doing bad things he is automatically considered as an ill-mannered man.”

Adding on to this, he said, “I understand that a person sometimes accompanies himself with wrong people when he is alone or bored. He does not realize the effect it may have on him and his reputation. Being in bad company with someone may also leave a bad effect on a person's personality no matter how good he is. He starts adopting wrong habits. And these wrong habits may have a bad effect on a person in many ways throughout his life. So, one should choose wisely and follow the right path.”

The forthcoming track will depict the journey of Sai in changing Subhan’s perspective towards life and making him realize that the prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective and earning a living is the best thing.

Watch the story of Subhan on Sony Entertainment Television's Mere Sai- Shraddha aur Saburi at 7:00 PM, every Mon to Fri.
