The story will have a plot of a childless fisherman and his wife desiring to have a kid. Eventually, the couple gets a baby while fishing. The baby is none other than an avatar of goddess Parvati. Eventually, the couple names the baby as ‘Matsyagandha’. While Kannan Arunachalam has been finalised to essay the role of a fisherman, Jyoti Gauba has been signed to play the fisherman’s wife. Further, Anushka Sen will be returning to Mahadev after a gap having earlier essayed the role of younger Parvati.
