MUMBAI: In today’s episode, after dressing Pooja’s wound, Rohit calls YK outside to talk to him privately. He asks him to keep all newspapers and Pooja’s phone away from her as the news of her being adopted has been published in the newspaper. Meanwhile, Naren and Rohan berate Sonakshi for her leaking this news for publicity. Sonakshi tries to convince everyone that she didn’t give any such statement to Tapasya as she would never reveal anything about her personal life to the media. Rohit arrives there and defends Sonakshi. He says that he trusts her. Meanwhile, YK sees that Pooja is getting a lot of messages. As Pooja asks him to pass her phone to her, he accidentally drops it in water and ruins the phone. He assures Pooja that he would get a new one for her. 

Meanwhile, Sonakshi calls Tapasya to ask her about the news. Tapasya gets enraged at Sonakshi for questioning her ethics as she would never publish anything that she hasn’t said. Sonakshi gets shocked at Tapasya’s reply. Rohan gets into a fight with Rohit as he keeps supporting Sonakshi blindly. Sukhmani tells everyone that they need to bring the situation under control as soon as possible. YK arrives there and tells them that he has spoiled Pooja’s phone. Sonakshi requests everyone to let her take care of Pooja for the day and assures them that she would keep her protected from the news.

Naren and Rohan refuse her request but YK and Rohit support Sonakshi. YK tells everyone that he believes that Sonakshi would never think about anything that would be harmful to Pooja and that he trusts her.Later, Sonakshi takes Pooja on her set and tells her that she’s having an E-break today which means that she would not use her phone today except for calls from family. Pooja tells her about her phone getting destroyed. Sonakshi tries to keep her engaged but Pooja tells her that she wants to get a new phone as soon as possible. Sonakshi lies to her and says that Rohit has already ordered one for her. She plans to go to a boutique with Pooja later to keep her busy. 

Meanwhile, Rohit goes on his way to deal with the mess. He goes to Tapasya’s office with some sweets and apologizes to her on behalf of Sonakshi. After a while, Tapasya begins to feel a strange sensation in her throat. When she asks Rohit if something is wrong with the sweets he brought, he tells her that he had mixed a drug in it that would directly affect her heart. Tapasya begins to choke and reaches out for some water. Rohit tells her that water would make the process even faster and soon she would be dead. He asks her if Sonakshi actually talked about Pooja’s adoption. As Tapasya struggles, she tells Rohit that someone had asked her to write that. He shows her an injection that is yeh antidote to the drug but in order for him to administer it, she would have to tell him the person’s name who leaked the news to her.

Tapasya gives up and says that it was Pari who asked her to publish this. Rohit gets furious and breaks the injection. Tapasya cries in agony as she thinks she would die but Rohit splashes water on her face and she calms down. He tells her that he had mixed raw Vitamin B in the sweets because he’s a doctor, not a murderer. Meanwhile, Pari tells Rohan that the news wasn’t Sonakshi's fault as such things don’t stay private for long. Suddenly, Pari opens the door as someone rings the bell continuously. Rohit slams the door open angrily and sees Pari.
