Kajol denies reports of television debut

For a few months now, telly world has been abuzz with rumours of Bollywood actress Kajol making her debut in television with a non-fiction show on Colors. Putting all such rumours to rest, Kajol sought to clear the air to Tellychakkar.com. "Let me clarify that I am not doing the show or any other show on television right now. I have been approached many times but I am not doing anything for the moment." It has often been seen that A-list film actors and actresses make their debut in Television only if they feel that the stint will do them a world of good, professionally. Kajol too holds the same opinion. When asked what kind of projects would excite her to make her television debut, Kajol said, "Television is something that I will do only when I will be absolutely confident that what I would be doing will completely work for me. I will have to be dead sure about that fact. Otherwise I will not do it on a whim or because someone else has asked me to or because someone has started a rumour."
