MUMBAI: The episode begins with Prerna bumping into Komolika, who is dressed up as a doctor. As Komolika heads towards Moloy's room, Mohini asks her about his health. A nurse then walks in and asks her to check the patient, and without a single word, Komolika walks inside. Anurag and Anupam reach the hospital and get clamoured by Mohini and Nivi with questions. They are not happpy with the fact that he hid such things from them. Anurag apologises to Mohini for the same. Mohini informs him that a female doctor has gone to check on Moloy.

As Anurag heads to meet the doctor, Prerna follows him. She is upset with him as nobody wants to answer her questions. Prerna then pulls Anurag in a janitor room and starts asking him questions. Anurag tells her that he wants to meet the doctor first. However, she locks them in the janitor room and vents about Moloy's condition. She yells at him and asks why he hid such a big truth regarding the brake failing in Moloy and Rajesh's car. Prerna reminds him that Rajesh was also in the car and she deserved to know the truth.

Anurag holds her and tells her that he loves her. But she claims that he is lying. Anurag then adds that marrying Komolika was a necessity. Prerna then mocks him for marrying Komolika for her money. However, Anurag loses his cool and says that he is also suffocating in this relationship but hasn't complained about it. He then tries to leave but is unable to open the door. She then helps him open the door but hurts her head in the process. He blows air and tries to tend to her wound. He then apologises to her and wipes away her tears. Anurag then tells her that he didn't want to put her through more heartbreak and hence didn't tell her about it.

Komolika threatens Moloy by placing a knife on his neck. She tries to bargain with him by asking him to forget all the conversations that they had before the accident. The doctor in charge meets with Anurag and even calls the cops as Moloy has woken up. Anurag requests the cop to not interrogate him as he doesn't want Moloy to go through stress. However, the cop explains that they should speak to him as soon as possible. Komolika reveals to Moloy that she caused the accident. She also tells him that she is Anurag's wife now.
