MUMBAI: TellyChakkar has been on the forefront reporting exclusively about SAB TV’s upcoming comedy show titled ‘Mahila Police Thana’.

Mahila Police Thana will revolve around police station headed by only female cops. We have already reported about actresses who are roped in for the show are Phir Subha Hogi fame Gulki Joshi, Sonali Naik, who was last seen in Gathbandhan and Jiji Maa fame Bhavika Sharma.

We also mentioned about Khushboo Kamal, who is known for her stint in Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hai, being part of the show. However, due to some reason Khushboo is out and instead makers have signed actress Yukti Kapoor.

Yukti Kapoor has been part of shows like Siya Ke Ram, Balika Vadhu, Agniphera and last seen in Namah.

The project is produced by Jay Mehta Productions. They are also bringing a new show for Sony TV (Read here for details: Yeh Hai Mohabbatein fame Avantika Hundal paired opposite Akshay Mhatre in Sony TV’s next ).

As for the concept of the show, F. I. R on the same channel was quite popular and had a fabulous run. The characters of the show shot to immense fame and popularity. Going by the same, it wouldn't be a surprise if this show picks up well too!
