MUMBAI: The episode begins with Shrishty picking up a call on the landline. Renuka informs that Preeta’s interview was postponed till Diwali. Shrishty becomes suspicious about Preeta going to Luthra house for Karwa Chawth. She leaves from there. She also calls Sameer and informs him that she is coming to Luthra house. Sameer gets scared but Shrishty tells him to check whether Preeta is in Luthra house as it is Karwa Chawth. She tells Sameer about the food she found in Preeta’s room. Sameer is happy as he learns that Preeta must be coming there to get her fast broken by Karan. He looks for Preeta in the function but he doesn’t find her. Shrishty asks him to wait for her and reveal Karan-Preeta’s love story in front of everyone. Meanwhile, Preeta comes to Mahesh’s room. She gets very emotional to see Mahesh in such condition and he always wished to have her as her daughter-in-law. 

She tells him that she will wait for him to regain consciousness. She informs him that she has got married to Karan and has kept fast for him. Preeta cries and feels guilty as she cannot make him back to life and understand Karan. On the other hand, Shrishty enters Luthra house. Sameer notices her but he calls her and asks her to cover her face as Karina might get furious to see Shrishty. By that time Karina and Sanjana come in front of Shrishty. Shrishty gives reason of having some work. She also warns them not to question her anymore so that she will do her work and go peacefully from there. She tells them that she has come to meet Sameer as she has some work. Karina gets furious but allows her for the same to avoid any more issues in the function. On the other hand, Prithvi enters the Luthra house disguising as a lady with his face covered with Red chunar. 

He bumps into Dadi but she fails to recognize him. In the mean time Mahira asks Sherlyn whether she is waiting for someone. Sherlyn in turn makes her speechless by asking about Mahira keeping fast for someone. By that time Prithvi comes there to talk to Sherlyn but Sherlyn gets angry as she doesn’t recognize that it is Prithvi. But when Prithvi shows his face, she gets delighted and follows him. On the other hand, Shrishty and Sameer wonder as they dont find Preeta there. Shrishty learns about the dancers. Sameer tells her that the dancers are there in the guest room. They doubt that Preeta might have covered her face like the dancers. Sameer suggests Shrishty to cover her face too. Shrishty covers her face. She doubts that Preeta must have gone to meet Mahesh in his room. By that time Karan also heads towards Mahesh’s room. Shrishty follows him. Preeta seeks Mahesh’s blessings while Karan enters theroom. But Preeta covers her face immediately. He asks who she is. Preeta gets very scared so as Shrishty too.
