Mannish Goel has concretised his plans of making schooling an easier process. He has floated a movement called FLY - Future Lies in Youth. Ten days ago, Tellychakkar.com had reported on Mannish's new movement to fight for the cause of psychological problems of school children. " Yes, I have named the movement finally!" says Mannish. There aren't any celebrities roped into the movement, "but there are a few people from all walks of life, who are supporting me for this noble cause," says Mannish. But the list of his supporters is long enough. "Abdul Jaffer Khan's son, Zunain Khan has contacted me, and supported me big time, and said that he will certainly organise shows for free for the seminars which will be conducted." Abdul Jaffer Khan is a famous sitar player and has also won Padma Bhushan for his incredible performance. Goel continues, " Other than Zunain, Rajiv Laxman, who is the brain behind MTV Kya Baat Hain, school principals like Rekha Vijaykar of Guru Harikishan School, Mr. M.N. Sippy of Swami Vivekanand School along with teachers, schools and parents from all over are ready to take this issue up with me." This is not it, there are few sponsors too who have approched the actor, " I don't really need funds for this program actually, but they will be useful to make banners and posters to spread awareness." If everything falls into place, a peace march will also be conducted followed by a road show to make people aware at every nook and corner of this city! Mannish has voiced his opinion to have a counselor in every school so that whenever stuid have a problem, they can communicate with them instead of taking grave steps like commiting suicide. Goel also believes that having psychology as a subject in schools is a must. Mannish's movement plans are in full swing and we hope he soon gets a positive result too.
