Colors’ family drama Thapki (SOL Shoonya Square Productions) has garnered appreciation from audiences. And the good looking jodi on the show, Dhruv (Ankit Bathla) and Thapki (Jigyasa Singh) has surely won our hearts with their cute chemistry.

And the duo, who shares a great rapport on screen, bonds well off screen also. The cute pair even performed on one song of Ranbir and Deepika, dressing up like the characters of the film Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani, during Dhruv’s bachelor’s party.

And here the lovely pair share their thoughts about their chemistry with us.

For Jigyasa, Dhruv and Thapki’s story resembles to the story of Bunny and Naina in Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani. Jigyasa shared, “I have always admired Ranbir and Deepika’s love story in the movie Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani and I love their onscreen pair. And it feels really good when people inspire your pairing onscreen so much that they wish us to be a real life couple as well”.

Ankit on the other hand believes that their jodi is a small screen version of the evergreen couple of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol. Ankit stated, “SRK and Kajol I think is the cutest couple in the history of Bollywood. They are brilliant not only on screen but share a different connection off screen as well. And I believe that same is the case is with me and Jigyasa. If you are working together then it is important to be comfortable with each other in real life as well”.
