MUMBAI: The situation is quite tense in Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai as Kirti and Naira both are pregnant. While Kirti has slipped into coma, Naira has just found out the truth about Kirti and she too is critical.

We all know that the actors on the show are like a family and they have a gala time while shooting.
