Swastik Pictures’ Phulwa on Colors has been performing quite steadily on the TRP chart, but the production house is now making an attempt to up the numbers. After introducing a “tragic” plot wherein Abhay (Ajay Chaudhary) met with an accident and Phulwa (Sargun Mehta) upped the drama quotient with her rona dhonas, now viewers will witness Mohit Malik making an entry as a parallel lead.
Mohit- who was last seen in Sony Entertainment Television’s Surya- the Super Cop – will play a rich neurosurgeon and a business tycoon, Dr Arjun Singh. He will be stylish with oodles of attitude and sharp intelligence.
As the story will progress, Phulwa will realise that Dr Arjun is the only one who can treat Abhay.
“After a lot of persuasion and pleading, Dr Arjun will finally decide to treat Abhay,” informs a source.
Tellychakkar.com spoke to Mohit and he said, “Yes, I am a part of Phulwa.”
