The gorgeous and svelte actor who has carved a niche for herself by playing a variety of formidable characters on television is all set to entertain audiences yet again with her power-packed performance in the show. Known for her disarming smile and flair for natural acting, she will essay the role of Payal- a shrewd, cunning, and dominating woman! The show will see an interesting twist with her entry. Her presence will add a lot of spice to the dynamics between Siddharth (Ravi Dubey), Roshni (Nia Sharma) & Neel (Indraneil Sengupta) and change their equations forever!

In the upcoming track, Payal’s entry will take the Sengupta family by storm as she has a hidden agenda in coming back. Payal is a woman whose love for all the materialistic things in life and her self-obsession consumes her. She is very insecure as a person for which she overcompensates by power dressing and is obsessed with her appearance. She had once taken a shine to Neel but due to an unexpected twist of destiny, all her dreams were shattered, leaving her scarred for life. To play this complex character, Mouli will be seen upping her style quotient and dazzling her fans with a super-stylish avatar.

The gorgeous actor is all kicked about her new role. She says, “I am really excited to join the cast of the popular show Jamai Raja which enjoys a huge fan following across all age groups. I wanted to do something truly different in the fiction space as an actor and when I was approached for the role of Payal, I agreed to it instantly as I loved my multi-layered character. Payal is ultra-glamorous, wicked to the core and conscious about her looks & beauty to an extreme level. The role gives me an opportunity to display a gamut of emotions as she will be up to some scheme or plot every now and then & keep everyone on their toes!
