MUMBAI: Aashish Mehrotra has been ruling several hearts with his beautiful performance in Star Plus' show Anupamaa.

The handsome hunk is romancing hottie Nidhi Shah in the show and fans are loving this brand new jodi of the small screen.

Well, Aashish has been doing quite well in his career which is reaching new heights with every passing day.

Every actor has a memorable journey that they look upon as they move ahead in their career.

Aashish has also had an incredible journey till now and is climbing the ladder of success ever since then.

While Aashish had a roller coaster journey till now, he is enjoying all the love and support he is getting for his show Anupamaa.

We all have seen how Aashish's character Paritosh has been quite vital on the show.

The actor's character has changed a lot ever since the beginning and it is constantly seeing several changes.

The viewers have witnessed how Paritosh had an outburst on the entire Shah family in the previous episode and he also left the house without Kinjal.

A huge drama took place when Toshu said the meanest things to each and every member of the Shah family and supported Kavya. 

While he went a bit too far with his harsh comments, the Shah family was left shocked and hurt by his behaviour. 

This was one of the most intense and complex scenes of the show. 

In an exclusive interview with TellyChakkar, Aashish was asked if there are any scenes that make him emotionally drained and that he will never forget them. 

Aashish said, ''I think the one scene which I am not able to get out of my system is the one where I came home fully drunk. I still remember the whole scene. It was very impactful and the viewers didn't expect Toshu to do this. I truly enjoyed performing that scene.''

He further added, ''Being parallel leads, whenever the track is focussed on us, we try to give our best so that we get more such scenes. It's an actor's job to give the best.''

Well, we totally agree with Aashish as this scene definitely grabbed a lot of attention!
