MUMBAI: Shamin Mannan's glamorous new look has become the talk-of-the-town. She will be seen as Koyal in a new comedy show titled "Ram Pyaare Sirf Humare". What's more interesting is that she will be able to show off her tattoos on-screen too.  The "Sanskaar - Dharohar Apnon Ki" actress has nine tattoos on her body, and she is quite happy that since her character is a modern woman she wouldn't have to hide it. 
"I have two on the back of my neck, one on my wrist, one on my finger, two on each side of my lower abdomen, one on my lower back, one on my left upper back, one on my ankle. Since I am an actor so I get the tattoos mostly on hidden places on my body so that I can cover up in shoots. But this time it will be easy since Koyal is modern and stylish, there is no need to hide it. The moment I get into my look along with the makeup and the costumes, I feel like I am Koyal. As an actor, the look helps to develop the body language and the impact. Look makes it much easier for an actor to get the nuances right while performing," she shared. 

Shamin is already getting great feedback for her new look and she revealed that it is something that the audience has not seen her in before. Sharing more details about it, she said, "I just love the new look. The team has created a super interesting and glamorous look for Koyal. I haven’t played anything like this in the past. It’s a character with many layers and shades. I really had to do a lot of homework to prepare for this role. The responsibility is with me to do justice to the role. I trust the creators and the channel completely." "Ram Pyaare Sirf Humare" will air on Zee TV and features popular actor Nikhil Khurana as the male lead.
