Meanwhile, in the upcoming episode, Anupama will break down in front of Anuj as she couldn’t express her feelings in front of the Shah family. That’s when she reveals the reason to Anuj.

She tells him that when Kinjal told her that she is pregnant and that she is becoming a grandmother, she couldn’t tell everyone that a grandmother would be getting married. She didn’t want to take away the limelight from Kinjal.

She apologizes to Anuj and tells him that he has told the world how much he loves her but she hasn’t as something or the other happens.

But Anuj understands her reason and tells her not to ask for forgiveness as he loves and respects her and that the fact that they are going to get married is the happiest moment of his life.
