MUMBAI: Late actor Sidharth Shukla left a void in our hearts after he left us on September 2. While it has affected his fans, Shehnaaz Gill, Sidharth’s good friend, was reported to have fallen sick after the actor’s demise.

But, now it is reported that Shehnaaz may resume her pending work.The Punjabi film 'Honsla Rakh,' starring Shehnaaz Gill and Diljit Dosanjh, is one of the year's most anticipated films. Shehnaaz, on the other hand, is said to be barely talking to anyone since Sidharth Shukla's sudden death, according to several sources.

The Honsla Rakh's producer Diljit Thind spoke to Times of India and mentioned that they are waiting for Shehnaaz to recover and heal from the grave loss. The producer said, “We had originally planned to shoot the song on September 15 in London, but that couldn't happen because of obvious reasons. We will finalise a new date soon and would want Shehnaaz to be a part of it, too, as she is an integral part of the film. I am in touch with her manager and hoping that she will contact us in a few days.

Many actors and fans have expressed their support for Shehnaaz since Sidharth's death. 'Stay strong, Sana,' continues to trend on Twitter. Pavitra Punia, who just appeared on Bigg Boss 14, spoke to the press and delivered Shehnaaz a nice message. During the press conference, she mentioned that Shehnaaz needs some space and she hopes that Shehnaaz gets back on her feet.

Sidharth Shukla was the winner of  Bigg Boss 13 and he died due to cardiac arrest at the age of 40.
