MUMBAI: Karan Mehra who rose to fame as Naitik in Star Plus' show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is all over the news for the past two days.
The actor and his wife Nisha Rawal's marriage has hit the rocks and things have turned extremely ugly.
The actor was arrested on Monday night after his wife Nisha Rawal filed a police complaint against him. The popular Tellywood couple apparently got into a fight, following which the actor was taken into custody and later he was released on bail.
A lot of actors and also the fans were shocked hearing the news about Karan's arrest.
One of them was Karan's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai co-star, Rohan Mehra. The young actor played the role of Karan and Hina Khan's son on the show.
During an exclusive interview with a leading web portal, Rohan said that he has never seen Karan getting angry on sets. Say for that matter, the actor even mentioned even during Bigg Boss 10, Karan never raised his voice before anyone. Rohan also revealed that Karan would even take care of animals on the sets of their project.
That being said, Rohan added, "Nisha ke saath toh he was madly in love since the beginning. We used to hear stories... matlab ideal thi unki love story (they had an ideal love story)."
The YRKKH actor stated that since he doesn't know what is the truth, he cannot comment on their personal matter. "But, main yeh bolna chahta hu ki (I want to say that), he is a very nice and the gem of a person," he added.
Rohan revealed another fact about Karan and Nisha and said, "He has turned into a vegetarian also because of Nisha. Vaise the woh (He was like that). Nisha bhi vegetarian thi, toh woh bhi ban chuke the vegetarian.''
Well, a lot of people are supporting Karan while some have come in support of Nisha!
