MUMBAI: When it comes to friendship, singer Oye Kunaal and comedian-actor Balraj Syal go a long way. The two are not just good friends but also are like family to each other. Now, both the talented artists are coming together for a music album called Maahi.

Talking about his friendship with Balraj, Oye Kunaal says, "I know Balraj after he got married to my best friend Deepti Tuli and we developed a very good bond in really less time. He is like a big brother to me. He is a very good man and has seen a lot of struggles in life. He has reached great heights based on his own hard work, He is a great human being and very serious about work. He really motivates me," says Kunaal.
The singer goes on to reveal that the two have joined hands for a project
"I got to learn from him that work is worship and timing is very important. We have shot a music video where Balraj paaji and I have sung together," he says and reveals an interesting story behind the music video, "When Balraj ji got married to Deepti, I asked the photographer to click some shots which could help us. Deepti and I had it in the back of our mind that we could use the content but Balraj didn't know. So, when the song got ready, we used the same footage and he was so surprised," he says.
