Pankaj Pareek in Zee TV's Lajwanti

Television actor Pankaj Pareek is back on TV.

The handsome lad was part of Rakhi Sawant’s brother Rakesh’s southern movie Black Moon. And now he is all set to enter Zee TV’s upcoming show.

Pankaj who has earlier been part of Sony Pal’s Singhasan Battisi is doing Ila Bedi’s Lajwanti.

Pankaj would be playing the character of Sarfaraz, a close friend of protagonist Sid Makkar. Sarfaraz would work in the textile shop owned by male lead.

When contacted, he confirmed the news and said, "Yes I am an integral part of the Lajwanti cast. It is an interesting role and I am very excited for the first episode to air.”

Lajwanti will air from 28 September replacing Doli Armaanon Ki.
