MUMBAI: The episode sees how Arya sees kheer and asks Minnie who prepared it. Minnie says, Neil Oberoi. Arya identifies Neil as bhelpuri wala and says he...Neil stops her and asks her to taste kheer. Arya tastes kheer and says it's different. Minnie says Neil is also tedhi kheer/weird. Neil asks how is it. Minnie, it is not her mamma’s recipe. He says it is his recipe, he is a chef, he can feel spices and can speak to them, etc. Minnie reminisces Babita telling her she can feel the spices and they are her friends. Minnie says she will think and inform him tomorrow. Arya asks if she can finish her kheer bowl. Minnie says she is in mamma’s cabin and walks away. Neil asks Arya if she liked kheer. She says yes and asks if he is bhelpuri wala. Neil says yes, not to inform anyone, asks if he will be selected. She says it depends on Veer Balika and walks away.

Neil says I am a chef and not a thief to steal someone else’s recipe and moreover it is cooking and cooking is an art form, I feel these spices and these veggies, this cooking style and process talk to me and I can feel them with all my being. This reminds Mini about Babita and her love for the spices and grains. She says it is not that I dislike your food and it tastes bad but the thing is maybe our expectations are not matching with each other.

Rani is scolding Arya for completing the breakfast and Arya says I cannot eat as my bandage is getting out. Mini smiles and says get one more bandage from my desk. The restaurant employee Sundar does mimicry and entertains Khurshid, Geeta, and Simpy. Khurshid scolds them to get back to work and work consciously as Minnie is trying hard to save the restaurant. Geeta says Khurshid is right, Simpy should be careful, else they will lose their job and Minnie is worried only about her sister. Minnie with NB enters and hearing that asks why she thinks so, she is her family member as Lala used to speak about her even before her wedding and all staff members are her families. She asks to call Neil and find out where he is. NB tries and says he is not picking the call, she will not call again, else he will think they are eager to hire him. Minnie says to save restaurant she can bear even Neil’s arrogance.
