Tellychakkar.com yesterday reported about the exit of actress Shilpa Shinde from the Life OK show Do Dil Ek Jaan (Nautanki Telefilms) after she fractured her arm and also she was reluctant to continue with the project given her unhappiness with the growth of her character, Daya Mai.
Now that she is out of the project, the makers have roped in veteran actress Pragati Mehra to play the role of Daya Mai from here on.
Pragati as we know has been a part of shows like Uttaran, and will also be seen doing a cameo role in Life OK’s Tumhari Paakhi.
When buzzed producer Saurabh Tewari about the development he confirmed that Pragati is the new Daya Mai.
