MUMBAI: Kartik Purnima is a Cinderella story of a dusky girl- Purnima, revolving around Kartik - Purnima’s love story and the biggest conflict – Kartik’s mother & if she will be able to win her mother in law, fight societal & family pressures.
As seen in yesterday’s episode, Kartik learns that Vicky’s real name is Joginder Singh. Kartik tries to tell Purnima the same but as Soni threatens Purnima to stay away from Kartik, Purnima refrains from talking to Kartik.
In today’s episode while Kartik goes to bring Purnima for Sumrit & Shanaya’s mehndi celebrations, Vicky is present at the Arora’s residence too. It is seen that Vicky shares Purnima’s ticket to Canada. At the same time the doubt arises in Kartik’s mind of Vicky being a fraud. In the meanwhile, both families are seen at Sumrit & Shanaya’s mehndi celebrations including Purnima while Vicky’s ex-wife tries to warn Purnima about Vicky’s nature and plans.
