Bollywood is fast opening its doors for television actors and they aren’t letting go of this opportunity even at the cost of giving up their TV career. Apparently, actor Rahul Raj Singh has landed himself a role in a Bollywood film and is said to be reconsidering his future in the Sahara One show, Mata Ki Chowki. Rahul plays the character of Vansh on the show. When contacted, Singh said, “Well, there is something in the works but I can’t talk about it yet” A source close to the actor informs, “Rahul has bagged a leading role in an upcoming Bollywood film which is being made by Hollywood based director Ramanand. It’s a love story between a Muslim guy and a Hindu girl. The offer is too good to refuse and I don’t see Rahul continuing with Mata ki chowki.” Mata ki chowki producer Siddhart Tewary was taken aback by this news. “Is this true? I’m not really aware of it. Will have to speak to Rahul first,” said Tewary. Meanwhile, a source from the production had this to say, “Rahul has been giving a tough time to the producers. They (producers) would be happy if he goes.” Well, we can't be sure if Rahul has been throwing tantrums but we can’t blame him for eye-ing greener pastures.
