Star Plus’ popular show Suhani Si Ek Ladki (Panorama Entertainment) has been keeping the viewers engrossed with the suspense related to the double role of Dadi (Shashi Sharma).

After a long wait, viewers will eventually be shown the revelation of the present Dadi being the twin sister of the real one. 

As per sources, “Yesterday, the team of Suhani Si Ek Ladki shot a major sequence wherein a new set was erected to symbolize the caged place where the real Dadi has been captured by the present Dadi. Both the Dadis will be shown face to face in the sequence. And audience will get to know of the amount of hatred that the present one has for the real Dadi.”

The present Dadi’s only motive will be to shatter and break the entire family. The real Dadi will be shown weak and fragile, after being captive in the hideout for so long. 

When contacted, Shashi Sharma told us, “It is indeed tiring to play a double role as I need to be there in every scene, that too in two different get ups and with varying attitude. But as an actor, I am privileged to have got this opportunity. Not all actors play three different roles in the same show (she has earlier played Dadi’s mother too). I am happy at the prospects ahead.”
