MUMBAI: Colors’ fiction horror series Kaun Hain? has intrigued the viewers with stories about supernatural events. This weekend’s episode will showcase the spooky tale of ‘Shankchunni’ that will leave viewers with a shiver down their spine. The upcoming episode will feature television's chocolate boy Romit Raj Prasher.

Set against the backdrop of a small village in West Bengal, ‘Shankchunni’ will showcase the rituals followed by every newly married couple where they have to observe Kalratri. Due to the village being cursed by bad spirits, if any couple fails to do so they are attacked by the ‘Shankchunni Chudail’. Three newly couples stop-over in the village to take refuge for the night and then all hell breaks loose for them when this spirit haunts them.

Talking about his role, Romit Raj Prasher said, “It was an amazing experience shooting for four nights for KAUN HAI? Some people don't believe in ghosts and they laugh at people who have experienced it. What I want people to know is that each one has their belief, but no one must make fun of supernatural elements. Just like there are good and bad people, there are spirits also classified accordingly.”
