MUMBAI: Kangana Ranaut started the nepotism war on Koffee with Karan when she and Saif Ali Khan went there as guests. That was when she called him  Flagbearer of nepotism. Saif was taken aback by the comment and didn't know how to react as it was unexpected. Now that the nepotism chaos has stirred even more because of the demise of Sushant Singh Rajput,  Saif was asked about the particular incident on Koffee with Karan in an interview with Indian express.

Saif Ali Khan said, "I have no idea what Kangana was saying on Koffee with Karan because I don’t think like that. I mean if you come on to a show and if you've got an agenda prepared to kind of you know take the host down..my mind doesn't work like that. I don't understand. So I was a little surprised obviously. But these issues have absolutely nothing to do with me and I tend to find myself in the middle of them. Maybe I should think sometimes before commenting."

 Saif Ali Khan also reacted to the backlash that Karan Johar was receiving after Sushant Singh Rajput's death and said that truth is always complicated.

Meanwhile, Karan Johar has been completely silent on the ongoing events. He has even unfollowed all others except Shahrukh Khan, Amitabh Bacchan, Akshay Kumar and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
