MUMBAI: The episode sees how Ishani refuses to accept that she’s in love. She tells Asha that there’s no such thing as love and it’s just a biological phenomenon. She’s perplexed about her feelings. Asha asks her to tone down her symptoms if that’s the case when she’s around Sid. Meanwhile, Shashank sits with Juhi in her car as she seems worried. Juhi insists on knowing the complete reason he fired her 15 years ago. Shashank reveals to her that Rahul had approached him and asked him to do so to save their marriage. Juhi gets upset as they both did not even care to ask her about what she thinks before ruining her career. She also tells him that his sacrifice by firing her didn’t yield any good result anyway implying that her marriage fell apart eventually. Anjali sees Shashank coming out of Juhi’s car from the hospital’s balcony. 

She tells Vardhan how she needed her dad’s support but he completely diverted his attention towards Juhi because that brought him happiness. Vardhan tells her that she is comparing two different relationships which don’t seem fair. Anjali is surprised to see Vardhan take Shashank and Juhiks side. She also asks him about the day he disappeared in the Luxury ward and jokingly asks if there’s a magical door in the ward. Vardhan gets worried but avoids the conversation smartly.  Later, Sid gives Ishani a gift to thank her. Ishani begins to act extremely nervous and keeps repeating thank you and welcome as she talks to Sid. Sid opens the gift for her and showed her the hourglass he got for her to imply that with good people around even the worst times pass by quickly. 

Later, Vardhan brings a patient to the secret section in the Luxury ward that he made for Dr. Rahul. He asks her to sign a document but she seems unsure of her decision. He tells her that if she signs the document then she can only leave when Dr. Rahul will ask her to and if she’s not sure she can let him know right now. Later, Anjali enters the room and sees Vardhan with the patient. Meanwhile, Sid enters the washroom accidentally as Ishani is in the middle of adjusting her dress and convincing her that she’s not in love. He apologises but they end up laughing. He sees an eyelash on her cheek and asks her to make a wish. As Ishani closes her eyes, she remembers all the time she has spent with Sid. Sid asks her to wish for something or someone she loves the most. Ishani opens her eyes feeling surprised.
