Disney Bindass’ love tales in their very popular show, Yeh Hai Aashiqui touched hearts of viewers of all ages. Now with the show all set to bid adieu, the loyal audience can get their last dose of entertainment with the magic of Shantanu Maheshwari and Vrushika Mehta emerging into the forefront again.

Well, Tellychakkar.com had earlier reported about the Dil Dostii Dance pair coming together for an episodic tale in Yeh Hai Aashiqui, the story being produced by BBC Worldwide Media.

Shantanu fans will have a visual treat as they will see their favourite romancing, emoting as well as attempting something new!!

Well, Shantanu will play the role of an aspiring lawyer, Shaan who would be an under-confident man owing to a speech problem. Though the guy would hold big dreams of doing well in his professional front, the moment he would open his mouth, he would get low in confidence because of his stammering problem. 

There would enter Vrushika in the role of Rukhsar who will be the daughter of a well-to-do man owning a law firm. Seeing Shaan’s capabilities, she will help him out in his therapies and will motivate him to overcome his problem.

Will Rukhsar’s love help Shaan overcome his disability and become successful in life?

When contacted, Shantanu told us, “Yes, this was a challenging role for me, as I had to portray a person who would stammer while talking. I had to research a lot, and got hold of few reference videos. I observed the videos very clearly to see how such people behave and talk. I had a jolly good time shooting for this episodic as it has a very beautiful story line.”

On working with Vrushika again, he said, “Aah, everything felt the same, except that we had a different look and different roles to portray (smiles).”
