MUMBAI: Sony TV's popular drama series Bade Achhe Lagte Hain is back with season 2 and the ardent fans are simply loving it.

The show's first season had set a benchmark and viewers are expecting something extravagant with the new season as well.

Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2 has a completely new star cast with some well-known and new faces from the Telly world.

Nakuul Mehta and Disha Parmar will be playing the lead roles while Manraj Singh Sarma, Shubhaavi Choksey, Anjum Fakih, Alefia Kapadia, Ajay Nagrath among others are also seen in pivotal roles. 

TellyChakkar got in touch with Alefia who is an integral part of the show. 

The actress is extremely excited about the show and her future journey with it. 

When asked Alefia about her first reaction and how she bagged the show, the actress had a fun story to narrate. 

Alefia said, ''I am very thrilled to be a part of the show. When I was called for the audition, I was not in a great mood. I was like, I am not in the right state of mind and I am not going for an audition. I was very cranky that day. I thought it is not the best day to audition so I didn't go. The next day, when I eventually went for it, I was not in a good mood. I was hating the fact that I am giving the audition in such a bad mood. The moment I heard action, I got into my character, did my best. The person who auditioned me gave a nod in just one take. I had no expectations. But I was totally thrilled when I came to know that I got selected.''

Speaking about her looks and what's so special about it, she said, ''The show's whole concept is to keep it as real as possible when it comes to anything, be it looks as well. We have tried to embody the character close to real-life people. There is nothing that is outrageously different. As far as my character is concerned, she is a very fusion kind of a girl. She loves silver ethnic jewellery. A lot of people will be admiring me as I have got some really great styles to flaunt. The jewellery is very different and identifiable. Sara has got that ethnic chunky silver jewellery look which I love it. I am very happy with it.''

Further, revealing her bond with Nakuul and Disha, she said, ''My experience with them has been crazy. When I came to know that I have been finalized, I didn't have a word with Nakul and Disha then. I thought I'll meet them on the set itself. But then we communicated. The three of us were so happy. When we met we were thrilled. It felt like home.''

Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2 has hit the small screens from 30th August on Sony TV.
