MUMBAI: Namak Issk Ka is one of the most loved and successful shows on television, and the story keeps the audience hooked. 

The show is produced by Gul Khan and Deepti Kalwani under the banner of 4 Lions Films and airs on Colors. It stars Shruti Sharma and Aditya Ojha. 

The audiences love to watch the love story between Chamcham and Yug. 

Yug as a character is very strong and family oriented. He also takes a stand for his love against his mother.

Avinash is a popular television actor known for his performance in serials like Choti Bahu and Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon - Ek Baar Phir. Avinash was offered the role of Yug, but he refused the offer owing to some prior personal commitments. 

3. Karan Mehra

Karan is known for his performance as Naitik in the most successful show on television Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. He too was offered the role of Yug, but the reason why he said no to the role is still unknown. 

4. Nakuul Mehta

Nakuul is best known for his performance in serials like Ishqbaaz and Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyara Pyara. The actor declined the offer of Yug as he is busy in his personal life and has embraced fatherhood. 

5. Vishal Aditya Singh

Well, in the end, the role was bagged by Aditya Ojha, and fans feel he is the perfect choice for the role and no one could do justice to Yug the way he did.
