MUMBAI: Arhaan Behl created a massive impression on the minds of the audience with his stint in Pratigya.

The way his character came across, he proved that he had various shades to his personality and that he is a multi-faceted actor. As Arhaan makes a comeback to television with season 2 of the show, we speak to him in an exclusive conversation.

What do you have to say about Pratigya coming back with season 2?

Season 2 was pretty much expected. The base is pretty strong, and there are multiple tracks coming up with layers and complex emotions. There is a lot to serve to the audience, so I feel it’s a good move.

How has your experience been shooting for Pratigya 2?

It can’t be better. Working after so many years with the same team and playing Krishna Singh Thakur again, it’s a rare deal. Shooting for Pratigya has always been intense and demanding. And it’s the same this time too.

How was your experience reuniting with Pooja Gor and Anupama Shyam?

Amazing as always. The comfort we share, the timing, everything feels attuned. Otherwise, also, it’s warm and feels like home.

What do you have to say about the premise of Pratigya 2 as compared to Pratigya

Season 2 started on a different note keeping in mind a leap of almost 9 years. Everybody was shown in a different light, but eventually, it’s getting back to the flavours of season 1. The show was a hit because of some reasons and after giving it a fresh start, we have to get back to those reasons and stick around. Can't alter the soul.

How do you’ll spend time on the sets of the show?

There was a long list of all the things that I was planning to do on the set. But the track that we have been shooting is so demanding, there is hardly any time that I get besides shooting. Still, whenever possible, I read or chill with everyone or I just do nothing and stay in the room in a blank zone.

Your character is now seen in a slightly modern light now. However, your character still dwells on the traditional way of living and supports Sajjan Singh. What are your views on that?

Its more than 10 years of their marriage, so for the character to evolve in the wife's company was natural. A few changes are seen but the basic attitude remains the same, layered though. Old habits die hard, but he tries his best to suppress them for Pratigya.
