Panorama Entertainment, makers of Suhani Si Ek Ladki on Star Plus will now bring their next interesting concept on Colors.

As always, Suzana Ghai will bring about a cute family drama which will spread an interesting message to the audience.

News coming in is that beautiful and talented Simran Pareenja who played the lead role in &TV’s Bhagyalakshmi has been roped in as the female protagonist. Her character will be a complete contrast to her earlier role of Bhoomi.

A credible source states, “Simran will play a bubbly and smart girl in the show. It will be a family drama with a Punjabi backdrop. It will have all the essence of drama, emotions and of course the romantic angle.”

We hear that the channel and makers are in the process of finalizing the cast. The show is expected to go on floor in December, and will launch in January 2016.

In addition to Simran, seasoned actress Abha Parmar has been finalized for a strong and powerful role. She will play mother to the male lead.

We tried contacting Simran but she did not revert to our calls and messages.

When contacted, Abha said, “Talks are certainly on. But there is no confirmation yet.”

When contacted, Producer Suzana Ghai told us, “Yes, we have a show on Colors. We are in the process of working out details.”

We tried buzzing the channel spokesperson, but did not get any revert till the time we filed the story.
