Sony TV's Ishq Par Zor Nahi's shoot to shift base to Diu

MUMBAI: With once again a rise in the number of COVID-19 cases, Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray announced last night (Tuesday) a curfew from April 14 (8 PM) to May 1 (7 AM). Touted as 'Break the chain', the Maharashtra Government has announced stricter restrictions to control the spread of the virus. With this, the Entertainment industry has once again come to a standstill and the shootings will not happen for the next 15 days. However, as they say, the show must go on, few production houses are chalking out a plan and some have already decided to shift their base.

The sudden lockdown has put the producers in a fix as many of them don’t have many bank episodes, and the only option they have narrowed down to is to shift their base out of Mumbai and continue shooting.

Recently we informed that shows like Saath Nibhana Saathiya, Namak Issk Ka and Kyun Utthe Dil Chhod Aaye have shifted base to various other states to continue the shoot.

Now we have learned that Sony TV's newbie show Ishq Pe Zor Nahi will soon be shifting base to union territory Diu.

Our sources tell us the producers are not ready to make the show suffer due to the strict lockdown rules in the state of Maharashtra and hence have decided to shift base to Diu.

The entire cast and crew of the show will be traveling to the union territory very soon and are all set to resume the shoot afresh from there.

The show features actors - Param Singh as Ahaan Malhotra, Akshita Mudgal as Ishqi, Shagun Sharma as Sonu and Rajat Verma as Kartik Malhotra in lead roles.

Ishq Par Zor Nahi is a new-age young love story of two opposite personalities, Ahaan and Ishqi, who couldn’t be more different and share polarising viewpoints about marriage.

The intriguing storyline has always left the audiences curious and wanting for more.

It would be interesting to see the show progresses in an all-new location now.

Stay tuned to this space for more updates and gossips
