Sumit Kaul who teamed up with Aashka Goradia to form a menacing force in Laagi Tujhse Lagan is back to the small screen. The talented actor will now be seen in Saurabh Tewari’s upcoming show for Life OK, titled Adaa, the shoot of which is already underway in Kashmir.
The actor will essay the role of the lead girl’s uncle who is a strong character. As Tellychakkar.com had earlier reported, Uday Tikekar was supposed to essay this role. However, due to certain contractual problems with Uday, Sumit has bagged this role.
Incidentally, Sumit Kaul is a Kashmiri Pundit and he will play himself in Adaa. His character in the show will be of a Kashmiri Hindu.
We tried calling Sumit Kaul, but he refused to comment. We also tried our level best to get in touch with Uday Tikekar, but found him unavailable.
We hear that Sumit will be starting shoot very soon.
