Tanaaz and Bakhtiyaar Irani, who recently made news for opening their dance academy in Dubai, are celebrating their sixth marriage anniversary today (16 March 2013). But their celebratory plans are very simple. The couple was at Crawford market, Mumbai shopping for their son Zeus’s upcoming birthday party that dates on 21 March. Soon after, they had lunch with family and friends. And for the evening, they also have a party planned with loved ones. However, a few family members will be missing from this celebration, as Tanaaz tells us, “My mom and dad are in London and our mom (her mother-in-law) is on Cruise. So, they won’t be a part of the celebration, but besides them, every other family member and close friends who are around, will be a part of it.” What did you gift Bakhtiyaar? “I gifted him a Hidesign bag which he will be carrying to his office in Dubai every day. And the kids have gifted him a designer wallet,” she says with a wink. When asked if she has received any gifts from her husband, she replies, “Not yet but I am sure I will get something in the evening.” We have all seen their journey together on reality shows like Nach Baliye, Bigg Boss Season 3 and Maa Exchange. However, when we asked the beautiful lady about her journey with Bakhtiyaar so far, she avers, “In these six years we have grown together. We have also learnt to complement each other with him being aggressive, someone who looks into the future and is always on toes whereas I am a much grounded and always a think good and do good person.
