MUMBAI : Tellychakkar is back with yet another BTS update from your favorite show Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin. Ayesha Singh, Neil Bhatt and Aishwarya Sharma play the characters of Sai, Virat and Pakhi respectively. The equations between the lead trio are everchanging. Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin has managed to remain amongst the top most shows in TRP ratings with its gripping plot and excellent and skillful acting by its entire cast.

Meanwhile on Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, as we know that Patralekha’s life is in danger as she is still left in the bus that is teetering over the edge of the cliff and the bus falls down and Pakhi was still inside. However, we saw that Sai finds Pakhi unconscious.

In the upcoming track we will reportedly see, Sai sees Pakhi and risks her own life to save Pakhi when a wild crocodile attacks the latter.

Sai now dresses up as a doctor and performs a complicated surgery on Pakhi to save her life.

Now, Sai becomes the reason that Pakhi is still alive and breathing.
