The door of communication should always be kept open for a healthy relationship: Madhurima Tuli

Madhurima Tuli talks to TellyChakkar about her new short film Pasta and her take on marriages.

MUMBAI: For the first time Madhurima Tuli and Sharad Malhotra are being paired opposite in their newly launched short film titled Pasta which streams on Ullu App. The romantic drama is directed by Vibhuti Narayan. The film focuses on the state of urban marriages in India. Anant and Nimmi have busy lives, and there is a lack of communication in their marriage which ends having trust between both of them.

TellyChakkar got in touch with Madhurima and asked what new is she delivering as an actor with his film. She shared, “The story is very interesting and gripping. I am sure one will not be able to stop themselves from watching the entire film. The end of the film is an interesting part. The edge of the film is comedy and thriller and which is why I chose to be part of it. Also, the film sends across the message to couples who are going through trauma or trouble in her married life. The film’s story is very today’s time where maintaining relationships has become very difficult. It makes you realize how communication plays a major role in a couple's life hence the door of communication should always be kept open for a healthy relationship.”

When asked her take on marriage, she replied, “Marriage is a beautiful institution. If you love someone you should eventually get married. The dating phase can never go away. Always keep spark alive by going on vacations, taking out time for a partner, surprising your loved ones and most important talk it out if there is any doubt."

If she plans to get married anytime soon, she said, “Well, you cannot plan marriage. If it meant to be then it will happen or I will be single all my life. However, I do want to get married but not anytime soon.”
