MUMBAI: Ankita Lokhande ( Archana) recently went down memory lane and shared a picture of herself from Pavitra Rishta days, co-starring Sushant Singh Rajput. The actress recalled how she used to sleep in a saree on the sets of the show, she shares it with her fan following.

 As per the media records Shaheer Sheikh will be seen as the new Manav, Ankita will reprise her role of Archana. The duo has started shooting for the show now. Ankita Lokhande recently shared her memory by uploading a photo of herself from the original Pavitra Rishta days that premiered 12 years ago. The actress showed how she would sleep in a saree while on the sets of the TV show.

Ankita Lokhande and Sushant Singh Rajput fell in love while shooting for Pavitra Rishta. The actress remembered her days from the sets and shared how she used to fall asleep while wearing a saree due to a hectic work schedule. In the snap, she is seen sleeping on a couch dressed as her character, Archana. The actress is wearing a yellow saree with a red border. Ankita is in deep sleep.

Sharing the picture, Ankita Lokhande captioned it, "This is how I used to sleep during Pavitra Rishta ."

Ankita Lokhande and Shaheer Sheikh started shooting for Pavitra Rishta recently. Their first look was revealed by Zee5 on Monday, July 12. In the picture, the two were seen wearing plain clothes while holding the director's clapperboard reading Pavitra Rishta Shot one, While Shaheer donned a check black-and-white shirt, Ankita was seen wearing a white floral kurta with a yellow dupatta.

Zee5 captioned its post, "Sometimes in most ordinary lives we find the most extraordinary love stories. Witness the extraordinary love story of Manav and Archana in #PavitraRishta coming soon on #ZEE5. #ItsNeverTooLate (sic)."

Ankita also shared a boomerang video from the sets of Pavitra Rishta and wrote, "Pavitra Rishta (sic)," along with a red heart emoji. She also shared another video where she is heard saying, "Aur main Archana (and I am Archana)."

A little bit about Pavitra Rishta
Pavitra Rishta aired from June 1, 2009, to October 25, 2014. The storyline of the TV daily soap revolved around Archana's mother Sulochana fixing her marriage with Manav Deshmukh. She had a misunderstanding that Manav is a mechanical engineer who owns a garage. Finally, the two get married and her family learns that Manav is a mere mechanic. Gradually, Archana and Manav fall in love with each other. The serial is a popular one and loved by many.
