Atul Mathur is a part of the Hindi Theater Group ANK Mumbai and is performing in two of its most popular productions, Hai Mera Dil (a long running Hindi play which has completed more than 1000 shows) and Jis Lahore Nahin Dekhya (a play written by Asgar Wajahat). He has been a part of the movies Krazzy 4, One Two Three, Elaan and Kya Yehi Pyaar Hai. You had earlier seen him as a part of SAB TV’s Lo Kar Lo Baat which was based on the improvisational comedy show Whose Line Is It Anyway?. You are currently seeing him on and off in SAB TV’s FIR (Benaifer Kohli and Sanjay Kohli), playing either the culprit or the suspect. Flying higher, the talented actor is featuring as one of the main characters in the upcoming film Lucky Kabootar (Raj Kanwar Production). It is being produced by Karan Raj Kanwar (son of the late filmmaker Raj Kanwar) and is directed by Shammi Chhabra. The film is slated to be released this year (2013). Speaking on the film, the actor says, “This is a sex comedy. The story goes as follows- a villager is to get a huge monetary compensation from the government after his wife’s demise. I play one of the greedy people who are after his money. I try to extort money from him. It’s about how we befool him.” We wish that the actor gets unprecedented success in this film
