MUMBAI: Star Plus' show Yeh Rishtey Hai Pyaar Ke has been all over the news ever since it was announced that the show would go off-air. The diehard fans of the show are left heartbroken with this news and everyone is demanding not to end the show. 

The TV series has been trending on Twitter every day and fans are also demanding an extension of the serial. However, it seems the fans’ demand won't be fulfilled as things have already been finalised.

The decision was taken overnight and the makers have already planned the last airing date of the popular show. 

As per the sources, Yeh Rishtey Hai Pyaar Ke will be airing its last episode on 17th October. Yes, you read that right! 

Earlier, the fact that Yeh Rishtey Hai Pyaar Ke was going through a time slot change was rumoured to be one of the reasons behind the show's end. The daily soap aired at 9 PM on Star Plus. 

Fans are wondering what made such a popular show see an end so soon. Now, as per the reports, Yeh Jaadu hai Jinn Ka managed to garner better TRPs than Yeh Rishtey Hai Pyaar Ke. 

Well, we are sure the viewers must be counting days as the last airing date of Yeh Rishtey Hai Pyaar Ke is out.
