MUMBAI: Actor Shaheer Sheikh recently shared a lovely family picture on his Instagram. In the picture, Shaheer can be seen posing with his wife Ruchikaa Kapoor and in-laws, along with their two beautiful dogs.
The couple is expecting their first child and though they have sought to stay tight-lipped about it till now, Ruchikaa can be seen flaunting her baby bump in the recent picture.
Shaheer captioned the picture as, “Happiness is home made.. #better together”.
Complementing Ruchikaa, his friend and Kuch Rang Pyaar ke Aise Bhi co-star Erica Fernandes commented, “@ruchikaakapoor you’re looking so cute!!”.

In April this year, Shaheer and Ruchikaa celebrated 6 months of togetherness. Both Shaheer and Ruchikaa shared a picture of them together on Instagram marking the same. While Shaheer posted a picture of the two together writing, “6 months and counting #togetherness”, Ruchikaa reposted the same writing, “Better together ........ 6 months of Togetherness & a Lifetime to Go”.
The beautiful couple got married in a simple ceremony in November 2020 owing to the Covid-19 pandemic restrictions. Shaheer and Ruchikaa, who is the Head of Ekta Kapoor’s film division, met through a common friend during the making of a film and dated for a long time before tying the knot.
Shaheer, who was stuck in Ladakh due to a landslide is back in Mumbai. He has his hands full with projects at the moment. From his song with Hina Khan to commencing the shoot for Kuch Rang Pyaar ke Aise Bhi 3, fans got to see a lot of interesting glimpses on his Instagram.
