MUMBAI: The episode begins with Meenakshi warning Mishti to stay away from her son Abir. Meenakshi tells her how she tried every way to keep her away from her son but when it failed she had to be strict with her.  Meenakshi says that she is a mother and she will do whatever she does is for her kids. And that a girl without a mother will never understand this. Meenakshi warns Mishti and tells her if she doesn't reply till evening then she will have to rethink about Kuhu and Kunal's relationship.

Abir comes looking for Mishti and the latter is in tears thinking about what Meenakshi has asked her. Abir comes to meet Mishti but he is unable to find her. But he finally locates her and asks her what is it. He tells Mishti that Kunal and Kuhu had a small argument and she gets worried. Kunal is seen asking his mother Meenakshi if she managed to convince Mishti. But Meenakshi says they will have to do something really big. Kunal says he will tell Mishti that if she doesn't leave Abir then he will not marry Kuhu. Meenakshi says their plan will fail if Mishti comes to know that Kunal doesn't love Kuhu then she will not let her marry such a man.

Mishti is in a dilemma wondering if Kunal will not marry Kuhu because of Meenakshi. Varsha gets worried thinking about how Kuhu is not her daughter. Varsha and Shaurya say they will not reveal this truth to Meenakshi or the Rajvansh family. But Rajeshwari says it will make life difficult for Kuhu later post her wedding. Varsha says they should hide the truth from Rajvansh family and change the mother's name in the kundali for her daughter's happiness. Mishti keeps avoiding Abir and Parul maasi wonders what is it. Abir calls Mishti and asks her if something is wrong. Varsha is looking for Vishambher but before that Mishti says that she wants to say something to all of them.

Mishti then tells everyone that during her courtship with Kunal it was Abir who had done all the things for her. She confesses her love for Abir and he also says the same. It leaves Meenakshi, Kunal and other family members shocked.
