MUMBAI: Last night, newly-wed Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif celebrated the Lohri festival for the first time together after marriage in an intimate celebration.
In most Punjabi households, Lohri is considered to be an auspicious occasion for the newlyweds. Given that Vicky is our full-blown Punjabi Munda, he celebrated the festival with his wifey with much zeal.
Katrina also matched his vibe by styling a gorgeous red suit and she gave major Namaste London vibes. She wore a Patiala suit and ditched wearing a dupatta with it. Kat further styled this stunning satin piece with traditional juttis and kept her hair wide open. To beat the cold weather, Katrina was seen wearing a black puffer jacket. As for Vicky, he kept things casual. He was seen in jogger pants with a sweatshirt.
The Sooryavanshi actress shared the photos on her Instagram Stories. Vicky wrapped his arms around his ladylove in most of the photos as they stood in front of the holy flame. He also shared a photo on his social media handle and wished on his Instagram Happy Lohri.
Vicky and Kat have been observing festivals together since they tied the knot with much cheer and joy. After getting married, they celebrated Christmas and hosted a bunch of friends. Then they shared photos on Instagram hugging each other as they sat by the X-Mas tree.
On the work front, Vicky is currently shooting for his upcoming film with Sara Ali Khan in Indore. As for Katrina, next up, she will be seen with Salman Khan in Tiger 3.
