Will a miffed Nikhil Advani attend Mumbai's Kala Ghoda festival?

Nikhil Advani
Nikhil Advani is an angry man these days ever since his movie D-Day’s co-producer, Dar Motion Pictures, allegedly decided to sell the rights of the movie without Nikhil’s knowledge. The movie is now being released in Tamil as Dawood and Nikhil says that the same has been done without his knowledge or consent. This move has displeased Nikhil who is currently contemplating on taking legal action. All this has put Nikhil’s appearance at Mumbai’s Kala Ghoda Arts Festival in doubt. Nikhil is scheduled to attend an interactive Q and A session with the audience post the screening of his movie but given the chance of him taking legal action against his co-producers, there now swirls a doubt over his attendance at the prestigious festival. While Nikhil remained unavailable for comment, actor and curator of the Cinema Section at KGAF Parvin Dabas said, “As far as I know Nikhil has given me confirmation for being there. I do not know about the problems between him and the producer but D- Day was one of my first choices for this year’s Kala Ghoda Arts Festival as I think it is a brilliant film.” We hope Nikhil doesn’t leave Parvin in a lurch on the D-Day!
