MUMBAI: Fans of television actress Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya and her husband Vivek Dahiya were notified on Instagram by the actress’ publicist that she suffered an accident. While not providing many specifics, the PR team did disclose that Divyanka is currently "under medical care."

The Soapbox PR team posted on their official Instagram account, saying, “We’re sorry to announce that Vivek’s live session scheduled for tomorrow has been postponed till further notice. Divyanka had an accident a few hours back and is now under medical care. Vivek is with her as she recovers. We thank you for your understanding and support. And join us in wishing Divyanka a speedy recovery. Vivek is eager to connect with all of you soon.”
Divya who is now recuperating at home, has shared a video giving us an insight on what she was up to on the day both her forearms got fractured in an accident. She captioned it, “What I was up to on the 'Iconic fractures day' !
I'll be back to it and much more...I promise!”
Sharing a video of Divyanka from the hospital, her bubby Vivek wrote, “Hello, meri surgery hogai hai. Mai discharge bhi already ho rahi hu. Hamare science ney kitni pragati kar li hai.”
